NexaCore operates nexacore.online and products including SpecSync and OrderWatch for door and window shops. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our sites, book a demo, use our apps, or interact with our pages and ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).

Information we collect

• Account and shop data — name, email, company, and credentials you provide for SpecSync, OrderWatch, demos, or support.
• Job and file content — plans, specs, schedules, cut sheets, bids, and related documents you upload or generate in our products.
• Usage and device data — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, and diagnostic logs needed to run and secure the service.
• Marketing and ads — if you interact with our Meta ads or pages, Meta may share limited event and attribution data with us under Meta's terms; we use that to measure campaigns and respond to inquiries.

How we use information

• Provide, secure, and improve SpecSync, OrderWatch, and demos.
• Respond to demo requests, support, and onboarding.
• Operate payments and billing when you purchase a plan.
• Measure and improve ads and site performance.
• Comply with law and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your job files to train public AI models.

We share information only with:

• Service providers who host infrastructure, email, storage, analytics, or payments on our behalf (under contractual limits).

Retention and security

We keep information as long as your account is active or as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it when no longer required, unless law requires longer retention. We use industry-standard safeguards; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing hello@nexacore.online. You can also adjust ad preferences in your Meta account settings. If you are in a region with additional privacy rights, we will honor applicable requests as required by law.

Children

Our services are for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
