How the walkthrough works

Files → pick your scope
Drop plans and specs into Files, then choose the department scope you’re on — Doors, Frames, Hardware, and more. If a scope isn’t listed yet, we can add that department anytime.

Verify marks, sets, and cut sheets
Yellow means eyes needed: missing hand/swing or size, hardware gaps, and links that need a human OK. Bubble what you use; strike what you don’t — then Confirm. Configured to your office — approve a cut sheet once, and next time SpecSync auto-selects it for you to confirm.
- 03
Optional Bid on the same job
Fill sell numbers by mark, mark by-others / in-scope, and export a priced door schedule or SOV / budget letter. Draft watermarks until you verify as the department.

Generate verified packets
Produce separate Doors, Frames, and Hardware packets (plus Millwork / Bath when those lines exist) with manufacturer cut sheets attached.

Labels are departments only — never people. Under Residential and Commercial, Doors and Frames stay separate choices.
